Take 100g/1 cup of chopped vegetables (onion & capsicum) and 200g or 8 to 10 pieces of paneer cubes/ chicken/ mix vegetables (carrot, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, etc) and lightly toss them with oil (1 tablespoon) in a pan for 5 minutes or till cooked.
Add 175 ml/1 cup of water and contents of entire pack in the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes till the sauce becomes thick. Give it a stir and serve hot!
Garnish with chopped spring onion (optional.)
