Just add Manchurian balls, Veggies or Chicken, & Water
Toss 100g/ 1 cup of chopped vegetables (onion & capsicum) in a pan with oil (1 tablespoon) for 2 minutes or till cooked.
Add175 ml/1 cup of water and contents of entire pack in the pan, and cook for 2 minutes.
Add 200g or 7 to 8 Manchurian Balls/ fried chicken pieces/ fried paneer/ choice of vegetables (broccoli, beans, carrots, mushrooms, etc) to the sauce and cook for 2-4 minutes or till the sauce becomes thick.
Garnish with chopped coriander, spring onion (optional) & it’s ready to serve!
Manchurian Balls: Take chopped/grated vegetables(cabbage/carrot/ beans), add salt, black pepper powder (optional), chopped green chillies,cornflour, maida and water to make a thick batter. Make round pakora balls from the batter and fry.
